No Membership Fees. Ever.
Most gyms charge:

– Hidden access costs
We don’t.
At our gym, your membership is included in your training.
There are $0 membership fees—you only pay for the coaching you actually use.
What this means for you:
– No paying for a gym you don’t use
– No overcrowded, unsupervised workouts
– No long-term contracts just to have access to the space
Every visit is purposeful and coached.
You’re not buying access—you’re investing in results.

We are a community hub built around coaching, not access. Every client receives guidance, structure, and accountability—without paying for a membership they don’t use.
It might seem expensive at first, but cost is relative to each individual. Personal training isn’t in everyone’s budget—and that’s okay.
That said, many of our clients are already investing in multiple practitioners each week—such as chiropractors, massage therapists, osteopaths, or physiotherapists. In many cases, consistent strength training just once per week can help reduce the need for some of those ongoing maintenance appointments.
We sometimes use the FAST acronym to put things into perspective:
Fast food ($100-150/week avg)
Alcohol ($30-50/week avg)
Smoke (tobacco or cannabis $30-100/week avg)
Takeout drinks (like coffee runs or daily stops $10-35)
Total: $170-$335/week
We’re not the fun police—but if we’re being honest, most people are already spending in these areas without thinking twice.
At the end of the day, money follows value.
If you value routine, health, energy, strength, and longevity, then working with a good personal trainer isn’t just an expense—it’s an investment in building habits that can last for years.
