Cancellation

You may cancel this agreement within 3 days, excluding holidays and weekends, by delivering written notice to our email or address. You will receive a confirmation reply via email or text. A full refund of all monies paid will be issued within 30 days after we receive your cancellation notice within the 3-day period. You may also cancel this agreement under other conditions stated in the cancellation/termination policy. Your agreement will not be considered canceled until you receive official confirmation from us. This agreement waives any right to claim damages for loss, injury, or death from Positive Movement Fitness, its officers, affiliates, and others involved with Positive Movement Fitness.
